Prat Moghe, Founder and General Manager
Prat Moghe is the founder of Tizor who led the launch of its product into the data auditing market. Prat is responsible for driving corporate strategy, technical vision and day-to-day operations. Prat led Tizor through two financing rounds and established its security and compliance market strategy. Prat is an acknowledged thought leader in the compliance, security, networking, and systems management space and is widely quoted on identity theft and emerging security trends. He is also the author of the security industry’s first data auditing blog at http://blog.tizor.com . Previously, Prat was Founder and CEO of StreamCenter Inc., a venture-financed startup that developed reliable video distribution for the public Internet. He has a strong technical background in networking, security, and systems management, starting at Bell Labs Research. Prat has several patents pending or granted, and has published numerous papers in conferences and journals. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. Prat is a TiE Charter Member and is active in mentoring other entrepreneurs.

Peter Smith, Vice President Engineering and Chief Architect
Peter Smith has 20 years of experience building innovative and highly successful data center security and network products. Peter provided his expertise as management and architectural lead for world-class development teams at companies such as Wellfleet/Bay Networks, Xedia, Nauticus Networks and Motorola Codex. At Motorola, he was an integral part of the team that brought early commercial routers to market. At Xedia, Peter conceived and was responsible for building the award winning AccessPoint CBQ internet traffic management solution, which was a key component of the first IP services platform, as well as bringing an ICSA certified firewall to market. Peter currently has several patents pending in the area of data security. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Wentworth.

Richard Geremia, Vice President Sales
With more than 25 years of experience as a results-driven sales strategist, Rich Geremia has succeeded in producing multi-million dollar revenue growth, while providing sales leadership in highly competitive markets. He has a solid history of increasing product distribution, acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, and securing customer loyalty. Previously, Geremia was Vice President Sales, North America for Gomez, Inc, a leading SaaS provider of Website application performance monitoring and testing services. In this role he oversaw North American sales and managed 15 quarters of consecutive double-digit growth, adding more than 800 accounts to the customer base. Prior to Gomez, Inc. Geremia was Vice President, Sales and Marketing at StructuredWeb, where he delivered a 250 percent increase in year over year revenue by bringing in thousands of new customers. Prior to StructuredWeb, Geremia held senior management positions at CriticalPath, a leading hosted email provider, and Dictaphone network based recording systems.
