Maynard, Mass. – January 31, 2007 – Tizor Systems, the leading provider of enterprise data auditing and protection solutions for the data center, today announces that Gary Pfeiffer has been named vice president of sales and customer support. A security expert with more than fifteen years of experience, Pfeiffer will be responsible for driving customer relationships, increasing new customer acquisitions and expanding Tizor's global sales channels.
Prior to joining Tizor, Pfeiffer was vice president and general manager of Identity Management at Novell, where he was responsible for the overall strategy and direction for Novell's security and identity management solutions in the Americas, launching Novell's national IDM Practice and CSI Program. He also led the Company's $72 million acquisition and integration of E-Security into Novell.

Previously, Pfeiffer served as area vice president, East and Federal Sales for RSA Security. While at RSA, Pfeiffer led both direct and indirect sales, and grew the organization from $40 million to over $100 million in revenue. Pfeiffer also led sales initiatives with companies such as Internet Security Systems, Network Access Solutions, Sprint and MCI.
