Marketing Programs Manager

This is an opportunity to join the Marketing department in a growing, dynamic company that is a leader in a new and emerging market category – database auditing and protection.

Description:The Marketing Programs Manager will be responsible for defining and executing a range of corporate and field programs to drive increased sales leads and broad awareness of Tizor and its solutions. This person will also work with partners on co-marketing demand generation activities. Specific responsibilities include:

1. Work with the marketing team to define the overall demand generation strategy.
2. Coordinate the execution of marketing programs with marketing communications, sales, inside sales and outside vendors.
3. Drive execution of a range of programs including webinars, email programs, events and white paper initiatives.
4. Work with strategic partners to develop and drive co-marketing programs and content.
5. Develop content for the programs including messaging, positioning, creative copy for email and the website, promotions, etc.
6. Manage lead generation programs using Sales Force.Com
7. Establish a metrics program to track and report on all programs and their ROI.
8. Manage the lead generation budget.

The Marketing Programs Manager position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience developing and executing marketing programs. Strong project management skills are essential as this person will be managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong writing and creative skills are also desirable. A bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on marketing or communications is highly desirable.
