Joel Rosen, President and CEOJoel Rosen, President and CEO
As president and CEO, Joel Rosen drives the business strategy and day-to-day operations of Tizor. Joel served as president and CEO of NaviSite, a managed services infrastructure provider. At NaviSite, he led the company through a successful initial public offering, grew revenue tenfold to $100 million, and oversaw the delivery of services which were backed by industry-leading service level agreements. Previously, Joel spent 10 years at Aspen Technology, where he played a key role in defining and executing the strategy that grew revenues profitably from $6 million to $250 million, and was part of the management team that brought the company public. As executive vice president, he oversaw the product development, marketing, business development, customer support and professional services functions for the majority of the company's revenues. Most recently, Joel was a venture partner with Charles River Ventures, where he focused on investments in the software and services sector. Earlier in his career, Joel was a manager at Bain & Company and also worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble. Joel earned an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in economics from Harvard College . He is a director of Liquid Engines, Inc.

Prat Moghe, Founder and CTOPrat Moghe, Founder and CTO
Prat Moghe was the founding CEO of Tizor and led the company from 2002 to 2006 including driving the launch of its product into the data auditing market. Prat led Tizor through two financing rounds and established its security and compliance market strategy. In his current role as founder & CTO, he leads Tizor’s technology and market strategy and vision. Prat is an acknowledged thought leader in the compliance, security, networking, and systems management space and is widely quoted on identity theft and emerging security trends. He is also the author of the security industry’s first data auditing blog at http://blog.tizor.com . Previously, Prat was Founder and CEO of StreamCenter Inc., a venture-financed startup that developed reliable video distribution for the public Internet. He has a strong technical background in networking, security, and systems management, starting at Bell Labs Research. Prat has several patents pending or granted, and has published numerous papers in conferences and journals. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from UCLA. Prat is a TiE Charter Member and is active in mentoring other entrepreneurs.

Brad Rosenblum, CFO
As Chief Financial Officer, Brad Rosenblum is responsible for building and driving finance, IT and HR activities. Brad has over 18 years of financial experience in improving operations, reducing costs, building staff, and performing mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Tizor, Brad was Vice President of Finance at EnvoyWorldWide, where he was responsible for directing finance and accounting activities and a key member of the sale of the company to Par3 Communications (now Varolii). Previously, Brad was Director of Finance at Internet Photonics, where he was responsible for managing numerous financial functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. He has held leadership positions at AstraZeneca, Thompson PBE, Retix, and Grant Thornton. Brad is a CPA and has earned a BBA from University of Massachusetts-Amherst and an MBA from Boston University.

Bill Bartow, VP MarketingBill Bartow, Vice President of Marketing
As vice president of Marketing, Bill Bartow is responsible for driving Tizor’s marketing strategy, communications and product management, leveraging his twenty years of experience in the software industry. Bill previously served as senior vice president of engineering for Computer Associates, where he was responsible for driving the planning, engineering, delivery and management of its eTrust Identity and Access Management products. Prior to CA, Bill held a number of marketing and engineering executive management positions at Netegrity, which was acquired by CA in December 2004. While at Netegrity, Bill led the teams that created and launched product offerings such as SiteMinder, IdentityMinder, & TransactionMinder, which together contributed to the Company’s $80-million growth during his tenure. Bill has also served as vice president of Engineering and Marketing at the Internet Division of Sybase/ Powersoft Corporation, and held senior product development positions at Lotus Development Corporation, Progress Software Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Bill graduated with honors and received his M.B.A degree from the University of Notre Dame. He received his B.S. in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of New Hampshire .

Peter Smith, VP Engineering and Chief ArchitectPeter Smith, VP Engineering and Chief Architect
Peter Smith has 20 years of experience building innovative and highly successful data center security and network products. Peter provided his expertise as management and architectural lead for world-class development teams at companies such as Wellfleet/Bay Networks, Xedia, Nauticus Networks and Motorola Codex. At Motorola, he was an integral part of the team that brought early commercial routers to market. At Xedia, Peter conceived and was responsible for building the award winning AccessPoint CBQ internet traffic management solution, which was a key component of the first IP services platform, as well as bringing an ICSA certified firewall to market. Peter currently has several patents pending in the area of data security. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Wentworth.

Doug Mazlish, VP Business Development
As vice president of business development, Doug Mazlish is responsible for building and driving Tizor’s channel and business development initiatives. Doug comes to Tizor with twenty years of technology business development and marketing experience. Most recently, Doug served as channel development and operations vice president at the Whale Communications subsidiary within Microsoft Corporation where he led the worldwide launch of the Microsoft Intelligent Application Gateway (IAG) 2007 product, drove channel revenue growth for the IAG offering, and transitioned the Whale operations into Microsoft’s security business group. Prior to Microsoft, Doug served as vice president of channel and business development at SMARTS (acquired by EMC), where he led channel partnering initiatives globally. Prior to SMARTS-EMC, Doug has held sales, marketing, and business development roles at corporations including Hewlett-Parkard, General Electric, and Winstar Communications. Doug holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, an MS from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
