TIZOR NAMES RICHARD GEREMIA AS VICE PRESIDENT OF WORLDWIDE SALES

Maynard, MA – June 3, 2008 – Tizor Systems, a leading provider of enterprise database monitoring and protection solutions for the data center, today announced that Richard Geremia has joined the company as vice president of worldwide sales. With more than 25 years of experience as a results-driven sales strategist, Geremia brings a strong track record of successfully growing sales for emerging and established technology vendors. Geremia will be an integral part of Tizor’s senior management team, working aggressively to meet the growing market demand for database activity monitoring (DAM) solutions.

During his career, Geremia has succeeded in producing multi-million dollar revenue growth, while providing sales leadership to establish market leaders in multiple market categories. He has a solid history of increasing product distribution, acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, and securing customer loyalty.

Geremia was previously vice president sales, North America for Gomez, Inc, a leading SaaS provider of Website application performance monitoring and testing services. In this role, he oversaw North American sales and managed 15 quarters of consecutive double-digit growth, adding more than 600 accounts to the customer base. Prior to Gomez, Inc. Geremia was vice president, sales and marketing at StructuredWeb, where he achieved a 250 percent increase in year over year revenue.
