Mantra co-exists easily with other data security policies, systems, tools and controls. Mantra was designed to integrate with existing network management systems. Mantra supports SNMP, and Tizor events can be published to a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.

Change Management

Mantra includes a stateful session marking capability that can dynamically label all transactions within a session, based on a specific policy match. This enables support for features like change control event reports, which correlate all transactions with specific change requests. As a result, you can track all database changes and reconcile them with authorized change control tickets, and send alerts when unauthorized or potentially malicious database changes are detected. This improves your ability to enforce change control policies that determine how and when changes to production databases are made. It’s is a critical requirement for any enterprise data security endeavor – as well as regulatory compliance initiatives like SOX and PCI.
